Ski Lease - Renting your house for a specific amount of time during the ski season. Terms usually run from December to May. Rent for a ski lease is usually paid for up front prior to the tenants taking occupancy.

Vacation Rental - Renting your home to vacationers on a short term basis. This is the most competitive segment of the rental market. The overall rates of return can be much higher than long terms or ski leases.

Property Management - Providing full service, rental, leasing, repairs, cleaning, and maintenance.
